Overview:

The Retail Business Analyst will be instrumental in optimizing our retail operations. You will analyze data, trends, and behaviors to drive strategic decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. This role requires analytical skills, and communicating effectively across departments.



Key Responsibilities:


Analyze data, requirements, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain reporting on key business metrics for retail operations.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analytical support to ensure financial targets are met.
Based on data analysis, provide recommendations for inventory management, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities.
Facilitate the integration of new technologies or systems to improve data collection and analysis and new implementation.
Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the IT department to enhance data analytics tools and capabilities.
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within the retail sector.
Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication in English and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the fuel retail industry is a plus.
